One payment for your party tickets

• The full displayed total is payable at checkout. There is no deposit or later balance.
• Any early booking discount is calculated automatically for your event date and included in the total.

Cancellation policy

Changing the attending guest

You may transfer a ticket to another person if the guest change and the replacement guest’s correct passport details are completed at least two days before the party. Email our team with your booking reference to arrange the update. Passing on the PDF alone does not change the reservation. This does not make the ticket refundable.

Contact us about an existing booking

Use our contact form or info@newyear.istanbul. Include your booking reference and the email used to book so we can locate your reservation.

Children’s tickets

Children age 2 and older pay the same ticket price as adults, with a seat and meal included. Children under 2 attend free.

Ages are calculated on the event date. Include children age 2 and older in the guest count and add children under 2 separately when booking.

What your ticket includes

• This is a shared party cruise with shared-table seating. Table arrangements are finalized one day before the party. Your confirmed hotel pickup time will be emailed to you one day before the party.
• Hotel pickup is not available from the Asian side, Ortaköy, airport areas or outside the center. Beşiktaş pickup is limited to certain addresses. If a vehicle cannot reach your hotel, the agreed nearby meeting hotel is also your return point. The boat does not wait for late arrivals; missed departures or transfers are not refundable.
• Dinner, unlimited local alcoholic and soft drinks, entertainment, central hotel pickup and return, and local taxes are included.
• Imported alcoholic drinks and personal expenses are not included. Tips are optional.
• The dinner menu may be updated as the departure date approaches. Times, sailing route and entertainment order may vary with operating conditions.
• A particular vessel, fireworks, a window seat or a private table are not guaranteed.

Requests & assistance

• Request a vegetarian meal when booking so it can be arranged in advance. Contact our team before booking if you need boarding assistance or pickup outside central Istanbul.
• A special request becomes an agreed arrangement only after our team confirms it.
• If the operator cancels or makes a significant change, contact our team about the options applicable to your booking.

These conditions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
