Join us on 31 December 2026. We celebrate the arrival of 2027 at midnight, and the cruise finishes at around 02:00 on 1 January 2027. All times are local Istanbul time.
Is this an all-inclusive New Year’s Eve cruise?+
Your ticket brings together the Bosphorus cruise, dinner, unlimited local alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, Turkish dance shows, DJ entertainment, and return transfers for central Istanbul hotels. Imported alcoholic drinks and personal purchases cost extra. Tips are optional.
Do I pay a deposit or the full amount?+
You pay the full booking total at checkout. There is no deposit or scheduled balance to settle later. Select your guests here, then review your details and payment on the checkout page.
When will I receive my party ticket?+
After successful payment, our team will prepare your party ticket and email it to you as soon as possible. We normally email PDF party tickets within about four hours during our office hours: Monday through Saturday, 09:00 to 19:00, Istanbul time. Tickets for Sunday bookings are sent on Monday. Your confirmed pickup time is emailed separately one day before the party.
How does the early booking offer work?+
The early booking discount applies when you book at least one month before departure. The current price and your full party total are shown before payment. New Year party tickets are non-refundable.
Is this a private cruise or a private table?+
This is a shared party cruise. Shared-table seating is standard, including for couples and groups. Table arrangements are finalized one day before the party. Tables seat 8 or 12, with larger booking groups arranged at neighboring or facing tables. A private table or a particular window seat is not included in the ticket.
Where will my hotel transfer collect me?+
Transfers cover central Istanbul hotels. Pickup is usually between 19:00 and 20:00, depending on your hotel. Give us your hotel name and address at checkout. Your confirmed hotel pickup time will be emailed to you one day before the party. The return transfer follows disembarkation. Hotel pickup is not available from the Asian side, Ortaköy, airport areas or outside the center. Beşiktaş is covered only in limited areas. If a vehicle cannot reach your hotel, we agree a nearby meeting hotel or direct joining instructions.
Are fireworks guaranteed?+
No. The ticket includes the midnight celebration aboard, but no fireworks display is included or guaranteed. Any fireworks visible from the water depend on independent displays, conditions and the boat’s position.
Do children need a ticket?+
Children age 2 and older pay the same ticket price as adults, with a seat and meal included. Children under 2 attend free. Ages are calculated on the event date. Include guests age 2 and older in the main guest count and add children under 2 separately.
Can I request a vegetarian meal or boarding assistance?+
Request a vegetarian meal when booking so it can be arranged in advance. If you need boarding assistance, contact our team before booking so we can check access arrangements.
What should I wear and bring?+
There is no required dress code. The dining area is heated. Choose something you enjoy celebrating in, with comfortable shoes for boarding and dancing. Pack a warm outer layer for time outside on the water. Keep your booking information and hotel details close at hand.
Can someone else use my ticket?+
A ticket may be transferred to another person if the guest change and correct passport details are completed at least two days before the party. Email our team with your booking reference to arrange the change. Passing on the PDF alone does not update the booking. Tickets remain non-refundable.
Can I cancel my booking?+
New Year party tickets are non-refundable. This applies to early booking offers and regular-price tickets. Read our booking terms before payment. For help with an existing reservation, include your booking reference when contacting our team.
